What is a podcast?

Simply, a podcast is a digital audio file you listen to like a song or audiobook. More liberally, it's the evolution of radio that allows people to self-publish and listen based on their interests and expertise.

Why your podcast?

Because teaching yoga classes leaves a lot of uncovered territory, and I want to explore that with experienced practitioners and neophytes alike. If one definition of yoga is "skill in action", we need to explore what skills we're going to hone and how.

How do I listen?

You can listen here on iTunes, Google Play,  in the show notes on the blog, or stream it directly from here.

Please consider subscribing! It'll make it easier for my Mom to find it on iTunes.

I enjoy your podcast. How can I help?

There are two ways you can really help!

First is to send me questions and ideas. I want to be helpful and so this would be a win-win for us. I'll thank you directly on the podcast.

Second is to leave a podcast review. First, go to iTunes - you can also click the image below.

Then, click on Ratings and Reviews, and fill out the form - perhaps sharing what it is you like about the podcast that would interest someone else.
