But it doesn’t come without the effort of doing less, of reveling in slowing down and breathing deep. Refilling the well is essential to finding these moments on retreat and in daily life.
Join me for a retreat inspired by the nourish + ritualize workshop to create space for wellness and restoration. It's an all-levels yoga experience that combines all-levels yoga, with slower flows, gentle, yin and restorative yoga practices, gorgeous hyper-local meals that are lovingly prepared, treats, and a healing atmosphere. We’re going to create a special time together; you’ll leave feeling fresh and rested.
Shanti Retreat is an easy drive from Toronto or Ottawa, and is located on picturesque Wolfe Island – a short ferry ride outside Kingston, Ontario. Entering their 15th season, their facilities and staff offer an incredible experience for such value.
There will be plenty of downtime for hammock or dock reading, swimming, walking or running, kayaking or paddling.

Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki sessions are available to book with healers from Shanti resident staff. This trip is for you to respond to your needs: do as much or as little as you like.
